Acceptance

By using Udaipur Business, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining your account's security. Don't share your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Business listings

• You must own or be authorized to represent the business you list
• Information must be accurate, not misleading
• No illegal, harmful, or prohibited businesses (adult services, weapons, unlicensed medical, etc.)
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate policies

Credits & payments

Credits are non-refundable once used. Paid plan upgrades are prorated and non-refundable. All prices are in INR including applicable taxes.

Reviews

Reviews must be genuine and based on real experience. Fake reviews (positive or negative) are prohibited and will be removed. We moderate all reviews before publishing.

Liability

We're a platform connecting customers and businesses. We don't guarantee the quality of any business's service. Disputes are between the customer and business.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and on the site.
